Prototype
Lots of tiny ideas, built in days. Most of them don't survive, and that's the point.

Playtest
Real players, early and often. If it isn't fun on a phone while waiting in line, it isn't fun.

Polish
Feel, timing, sound, juice. The last ten percent is what people remember.

Keep going
Launch is day one. We keep listening to players and keep making it better.
